About Us Pest Express is owned and run by Paul and Isabel Toplass in Lincolnshire, East Anglia, Worcestershire, North West England and the East Midlands.

Paul, qualified as an Environmental Health Officer in 1992. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register – OSHCR.

Isabel worked as an Environmental Health Officer in 1992 for Leicester City council for fifteen years before leaving in 2005 to work as a freelance consultant specialising in food hygiene, health & safety and pest control.

Both Isabel and Paul are Directors of Machin & Toplass Ltd a Food hygiene and Health & Safety Consultancy which helps business comply with the relevant legal requirements but in a way that is easy to understand, easy to work with and will not create extra work for you.
